HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN
We kindly request thoughtful consideration in your purchase. Nova Natural Toys & Crafts is a family-run business, owned and managed by women. We differentiate ourselves from giant retail platforms like Amazon and Wayfair. Our toys are carefully curated, and we handle every aspect, from importation to storage, packing, and shipping. Your mindful shopping and appreciation of our dedication mean the world to us. Thank you for supporting our endeavor.

To return item please contact us promptly.
Box up your item(s) carefully and enclose a copy of your sales receipt or a note with your order number explaining how or why the item(s) did not meet your needs. Please send with a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail to the address listed below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you decide to return the item, it need to be in a sellable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged, and this amount will be deducted from your credit. PLEASE pack the items carefully, insure it if it is valuable, if it will arrive damaged, you are responsible to take care of claim. Thank you for understanding.
To report and return damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us promptly but no later than 21 days after receiving. All shipped toys are checked prior the shipping and all shipments are insured. In order to process refund and return, claim need to be filed. Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
We are unable to offer an exchange on returned items. Please place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
We do our best to process returns within 7 days of receipt, though between November 1st and January 30th returns may take between 14–30 days to process.
Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The recipient is the importer of record and as such is responsible for assuring the product(s) they purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of said country. The customer is also responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties, and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees. Please contact your local government for specific details. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by novanatural.com. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.
If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local governments will be refunded. We will refund the original purchase price of the product if the returned/refused goods arrive back to our Saylorsburg, PA address in original condition.
